What is the Forum?
The Forum’s Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 leading antitrust litigators from across the United States, each of whom is personally selected based on their expertise. The purpose of the Forum is to share the most pressing issues you face on behalf of your clients, to learn how others address these problems and identify solutions that can work for you.

This is a unique conference where the discussion is decentralized among those at the forefront of global competition litigation with perspectives from both sides. The discussion is lively, relevant and encompasses different viewpoints – all at a great location."

This is a different event, unlike any you’ve attended
The Forum is not a conference; there will be no ‘talking heads’ or PowerPoint presentations. Instead, it is a private annual assembly for up to 48 leading defense, plaintiff and in-house counsel who focus on the complex issues involved in antitrust litigation.
"Another wonderful Antitrust Litigation Forum! I benefit greatly from the networking and keeping up-to-date on developments in the antitrust law (federal and state), working with the DOJ and FTC, and hearing their insights into current cases. Our dinner/reception on the USS Yorktown was memorable and fun!"

"The Forum is a unique opportunity to deep dive into legal, policy and political issues facing antitrust litigators and strategists. The lively dialogue among peers who are often otherwise opponents makes for a rich learning experience and forum for establishing invaluable relationships."
"One of the most interesting dialogues I have been a part of in years. The attendees have extensive subject matter expertise, and are willing to discuss their views openly and candidly."
