What is the Forum?
The Forum’s Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 leading antitrust litigators from across the United States, each of whom is personally selected based on their expertise. The purpose of the Forum is to share the most pressing issues you face on behalf of your clients, to learn how others address these problems and identify solutions that can work for you.
Location: The Dewberry, Charleston
Dates: October 27-29, 2019

I would describe it as the rare professional development meeting that actually has real and really salutary Chatham House rules. The Forum has enriched my daily practice through both knowledge and networking."
This is a unique conference where the discussion is decentralized among those at the forefront of global competition litigation with perspectives from both sides. The discussion is lively, relevant and encompasses different viewpoints – all at a great location."
This is a different event, unlike any you’ve attended
The Forum is not a conference; there will be no ‘talking heads’ or PowerPoint presentations. Instead, it is a private annual assembly for up to 48 leading defense, plaintiff and in-house counsel who focus on the complex issues involved in antitrust litigation.
"The Forum is not mere talking heads presenting a PowerPoint; it is truly interactive with many seasoned litigators on both sides of the “v” engaging in spirited debate and for that reason, provides a valuable experience. "
"The Forum is a terrific get together of experienced practitioners. I obtain a lot of useful information applicable to day-to-day practice."

"The opportunity to have robust debate about the most important antitrust issues with antitrust thought leaders made this one of the most valuable conferences I have attended."
