This is an annual gathering of leading antitrust litigation lawyers from across the United States, focusing on the most pressing and interesting issues that arise each year.

Participation is by invitation. The purpose of the Forum is to facilitate a high-level exchange of ideas and in-depth dialogue among plaintiffs', defense and in house counsel on issues that are vital to the litigation aspects of this practice.

Participants come from across the United States to explore shared issues. The group includes the most experienced and thoughtful legal practitioners and in-house counsel with significant practices in the field of antitrust. The Forum gives this group the opportunity to explore new ideas, benchmark their thinking against the country's best, and build relationships with their peers in other firms.
